Our first ever trip outside of the US was a success and all because of Kelli!! Little did we know most people plan trips like this 6-8 months in advance, we did it in 2. Kelli asked all the right questions from the start and planned an amazing trip. When a challenge did arise Kelli was quick to assist, even on Christmas eve. We had no idea the struggle two months would create, nor did we know as Kelli handled everything with ease. Thank you Kelli & Barney!! We can’t wait to plan our next trip…a bit further in advance…and have already recommended her to family and friends.

Kelli is amazing! She asks great questions, is extremely attentive, and has an excellent attention to detail. If I had a question or needed something, she responded right away and wouldn’t stop until she got me the information I needed. Often times this meant she would likely have to get up early to make a call, stay on a call for an extended period of time, or make multiple attempts to come up with a creative solution. She is entirely focused on providing the best customer service!
